Overview

On over 1 mile of the Shields River, a favorite of the local guides, the Shields River Lodge offers some of the best fishing in a beautiful Montana setting. Access to some of the best rivers in the area such as the Yellowstone, Madison, Gallatin, Boulder and the Shields as well as the Paradise Valley Spring Creeks give you plenty of chances to get on all of the Blue Ribbon trout water you want.

The rustic lodge is set up to accommodate groups or individual anglers with 9 beautifully decorated and private bedrooms and ensuite baths. There is a well-equipped gym, decks to view the beautiful mountain ranges, and indoor and outdoor grand fireplaces.

Hailing from the French Culinary Institute, Executive Chef Donald MacArthur creates masterpieces for every meal using the freshest seafood, meat and game.
