The ABCs of Black Earth: Angling, Beers, and Cuisine. It has it all. The team at BEAC have pioneered the Crash Camp – helping anglers get in on the boiling water that indicated a bass feeding frenzy on the lower Wisconsin River.
Not just solely after the green beasts, BEAC are also experts in finding trout in the natural springs of the Driftless. Explore the Black Earch Creek, Big Green River, and Willow Creek, or find any of the hundreds of miles of hidden gems nearby.
The last piece to BEAC is the beers (optional!) and cuisine (not optional!). In partnership with Ben Lubchansky, owner of 608 Community Supported Kitchen (608csk) in Mazomanie, WI, BEAC create unique, local, and most delicious meals. Past creations included: house-cured bacon, grilled short ribs, and garden-grown veggies.
